Each guest is responsible for any damage that could be caused in and around the pool. Guests of legal age accompanied by minor children are solely responsible for their safety at the pool and for any damage they may cause. The guest agrees to return the premises in the same condition as they were found. We invite you first to try to find an agreement with the guest on the repair or replacement of the object. The guest can also call upon his own insurance. Secondly, we invite you to contact Swimmy assistance at hello@swimmy.com, with a description of what happened and with photos, within 5 working days after you became aware of it.
