In any case, all our bookings come with an integrated insurance policy, provided by our A-rated partner The Hartford Insurance Company.
This insurance policy includes a $1.000.000 coverage for bodily injury as well as property damage.
In other words :
Hosts are eligible to a $1.000.000 insurance policy when a guest is injured during a booking. Hosts are insured in the unfortunate event that a guest files a lawsuit or claim against a host for bodily injury that occurs during a Swimmy reservation . The coverage also may cover any defense costs in the event of a legal dispute for which Swimmy and Swimmy's registered hosts are legally liable.

For any minor / non-urgent property damages, the prefered process is to send us all the evidence (Booking reference, description of what happened, pictures of the damages, invoices of the damaged items) at firstname.lastname@example.org
