It is always possible to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before the booking starts. If you wish to cancel a reservation, simply go to your account, "my reservations" and click on the request you wish to cancel. You will then find the "cancel" button at the bottom of the page. The guest will then be fully refunded and you will not receive the amount of this reservation.
In exceptional cases, if you wish to cancel less than 48 hours before the reservation date, please contact us at hello@swimmy.com.
Swimmy assesses at its sole discretion, on the basis of the elements at its disposal, the legitimacy of the cancellation and refund requests it receives.
