No cash is allowed to pay for a rental. In case of accident or theft, your pool will not be insured by our insurance partner.
The online payment is a security guarantee for you, do not take unnecessary risks by bypassing the payment on the site. If a renter cannot pay online, they cannot rent your pool. If a renter does not have a credit card, or their credit card is declined by our payment provider, you should not rent your pool to them.
Sometimes credit cards are declined even when the cardholder has a sufficient balance, due to spending limits or fraud filters.
