Each tenant is responsible for any damage that could be caused in and around the pool. Tenants of legal age accompanied by minor children are solely responsible for their safety at the pool and for any damage they may cause.
The tenant agrees to return the premises in the same condition as they were found.
The insurance offered by Swimmy covers possible damages above $150. The deductible of $150 is payable by the tenant.
