Before accepting the reservation, it may happen that some owners do not answer or are not available, so it is advisable to send a message to several different owners before booking to make sure of their availability before making a reservation request.
An owner can accept a rental until the day of the reservation.
Once the reservation is accepted: you automatically have access to the owner's contact information (address and phone number). Do not hesitate to call the owner directly.
