What are the conditions for cancellation, and how do I cancel my reservation?

Up to 48 hours before the start of your reservation, you can easily cancel it. If you want to cancel a reservation :

1. Log in to your account then "my reservations".
2. Then click on the corresponding reservation, and click on the "cancel" button

If you cancelled more than 48 hours before the beginning of your reservation, you will be fully refunded within 5 to 7 days.

If your reservation is in less than 48 hours and you wish to cancel it: this is not foreseen by the general conditions. However, please contact us to see what we can do. Swimmy assesses the legitimacy of refund requests at its own discretion, based on the elements at its disposal.
